The building had circulation pumps of several kW installed - one main pump and a several auxiliary pumps. The result was there had not been any water in the radiators at the three highest floors since the house was built in 1932. Instead we installed two 100 W circulation pumps, one for the apartments and one for the offices, and succeeded in getting water to all floors. Pay back was one year.
